Chardonnay tasting with cheese
We taste three different Chardonnay wines (out of which one is a Chablis) of good quality from different countries. The Chardonnay grape is one of the world's most popular white grapes, and guests are given the opportunity to compare the delicious wines' characters (which is clearly different because of the conditions during the growing of the grapes, and the origin, despite the fact that the kind of grape is the same.)
With the wines, we serve two cheeses. A French cheese made with crème fraiche and a soft-ripened cheese.
The tasting is led by the restaurant owner, Peter Forsling, and can preferably be followed by a bit of food from the menu. Reservations can be made by calling 070-773 40 10. Price 395 kr per person. Minimum four people.
